Comet application with Tatsumaki and Twiggy

Very nice tiny Comet application using Tatsumaki and Twiggy combined with beppu's jquery-ev. This app connects to Nico Nico Live (like ustream.tv) and gets latest live program info over XMLSocket and post the information locally. This is quite like what Stardust does and something we need to port over to Tatsumaki or Hippie.
